From the front door one enters a small lobby off which there is a cloakroom. The living-room is large and furnished with a long ‘L’ shaped sofa seating 7/8 people. There is a dining table seating 10/12, windows to the front and rear, and a French door leading into the garden. The kitchen area is well equipped with a double size ice-making American fridge/freezer, a 5 ring gas cooker, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and all possible culinary needs, including a waste disposal.
First Floor
On the first floor there is one bedroom with 5’ double bed, chest of drawers, and ample hanging wardrobe, T.V. and phone. Separate marble bathroom off the landing with power shower into the bath. Another standard (4’6”) double bedroom is at the rear of house, also with TV. The en suite marble shower-room has a power shower cubicle plus basin and WC. Next door is a small sofa-bed/study with a desk and fax machine.
Second Floor
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a 5’ double bed and French doors leading on to a small balcony. One wall has the large, fitted wardrobes inside one of which is a TV and a safe. The en suite bathroom has twin marble basins, a bath with hand shower plus a power shower cubicle, all in black and white marble. A further single bedroom is next door, also with a French door onto the balcony. Its marble en suite bathroom is a shower only cubicle with basin and WC.
