It is situated within a fully gated luxury residential area of three high-rise buildings, surrounded by 30,000 sq metres of lush gardens. The buildings have daytime caretakers, an entry phone system, 24 hour surveillance service, and private parking. Residents also benefit from a choice of sports amenities within the complex: two outdoor swimming pools (for summer use), a smaller toddlers pool, four tennis courts, and one basketball court.
Just minutes away from the city centre, there is a bus stop near the entrance of the Residential Complex, as well as a metro line (Metro Pinar de Chamartin) located approximately 600 meters away from the main entrance. The apartment is on the 13th Floor, with lift access. The accommodation is spread over 120 sq meters, with dark hardwood floors and Asian antique furniture. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom which is more suitable for a child, and three bathrooms. The spacious living/dining room opens to an impressive terrace, planted with wisteria vines and roof-top trees. Ideal for summer entertaining, the terrace is equipped with two teak deckchairs, a small barbecue and a ping pong table. The sitting/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo CD player. Further amenities include central heating/air conditioning and internet access, included in the rental. Guests have access and free use of the complex amenities but sports equipment (such as tennis racquets) are not supplied.
