With its 16th Century wall still intact and its charming narrow streets, Lucca offers many hidden delights. Il Mezzanino is situated in the medieval part of town, just 50 metres away from the Guinigi Tower, one of Lucca’s most famous landmarks. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all within a short walk.
The apartment is situated on the mezzanine floor, between the ground and first floor (piano nobile) of a period building which has been completely restored.The bright interiors of Il Mezzanino are furnished very tastefully in a very cosy and comfortable style. Amenities include central heating, satellite TV, DVD, stereo and DSL internet connection.
The very helpful owners live in the same building and are available to assist guests. Day trips to the most famous historical Tuscan towns, as well as to the Versilian coast, are easily accessible, due to the vicinity of both the motorway exit and the Lucca train station. Upon request, guests can reserve a parking space at a car park near the apartment.
