The property is situated on the exclusive Domaine of “La Capilla”. It is just walking distance to the beach with private access to Tahiti and Tropezina.
This villa is ideal for a large family or a group of friends wanting to share time together but also wanting to keep some privacy. The house is a combination of 3 separate apartments with each its own living area, terrace and garden access. The pool is fenced on each side of the garden adding extra security for the children.
The first apartment has the largest living area for everyone with dining, sitting room and covered terrace with exterior access to the kitchen. The kitchen can also be accessed from the dining room inside and is fully equipped with Gaggenau equipment. There is a separate private lounge with fireplace and its own covered terrace and seating area, separate entrance access from the front of the house. There is also a guest toilet and cloakroom.
The bean shaped pool has a large low depth end for children to play in and can be heated on request. The pool can be accessed at both ends and is surrounded by eight pool mattresses, two sun-loungers and one armchair.
There are garden lights for the evening and dining area close to the barbecue. There is private access to the beach too just 5 minutes away and there is the possibility to hire a boat (10 people max) and mooring.
There are two entrances for parking with one shaded car port for 3 cars at the back.

Apartment A:
On the ground floor, 1 twin bedroom (beds can be clipped together to make a double) and fan. Iron Gate to all window frames for the night so the windows can be left open in the summer. En suite shower and separate toilet.
1 double bedroom upstairs with TV and canal satellite. En suite shower and bath, sink unit and toilet. Private balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
Below, there is a laundry facility with washing maching and dryer. Staff accommodation with twin beds and en suite shower and toilet. Separate stairs for service access.
Apartment B:
Entrance into lounge with fireplace and home-cinema (about 200 films- Divix Phillips)
Guest toilets. Private terrace with sitting area.
Upstairs, master bedroom with TV and satellite (canalsat)
En suite with shower and bath. Balcony overlooking both sides of the property and lovely garden views.
Mezzanine Hideaway:
This can be accessed independently from a staircase in the garden between the 2 apartments. 1 double bedroom. En suite shower and toilet. Small private terrace with bench.
Apartment C:
Complete self contained apartment with open kitchen (fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwaher, microwave, etc…)
Lounge with fireplace, TV and DVD, satellite (canalsat) Wifi access. Printer. Guest toilet.
Private covered terrace with sitting and dining area.
On the ground floor, there is one single bedroom.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with its own private terrace overlooking the garden and one twin bedroom that can be arranged as double.
