Room with a View is located in the exclusive Domaine de la Reserve just 2.5 kms from the centre of St Tropez. It stands just 30 metres from the water`s edge, with direct access to a small private beach which is a perfect setting for those that want to be at one with nature and the sea. The views, not surprisingly are quiet wonderful and the sound of the waves are omnipresent.
This pretty pink house, which sits above the water, is attached to another property, but it is configured in such a way that it is not overlooked either from the pretty natural garden or from the large south facing terrace. There is a small short path that leads down to the sea to the side of the property and given the location, we would not recommend the house for very young children.
The interior of the spacious and welcoming house of over 250 sq metres has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard in muted colours using mainly an eclectic mix of the contemporary throughout the main living accommodation. Features include; entrance through remote controlled gates, outdoor shower, reversible air-conditioning throughout, internet access, HI-FI, satellite TV, safe, and BBQ.

Ground Floor
The spacious high beamed open-plan living room has expansive sea views, a very impressive fireplace and large bay windows that open onto the terrace, which is furnished with a large teak table and very comfortable chairs. The open-plan dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen including Lacanche cooker and Nespresso machine, lie off the living room on an upper level. The large Master bedroom with plasma screen TV, king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basins and WC is on this floor. There is a guest WC on the landing.
First Floor
There are three double bedrooms on this floor, one of which has a queen size bed, a pretty balcony with sea views, while the two others have standard double beds. There is a large bathroom and separate WC.
Studio
There is separate studio accommodation, with separate access, which is built on two levels and has a sitting area with kitchenette that has a fridge and laundry facility, including washing machine and dryer. Another room to the back, overlooking the garden has 2 singles beds and a plasma screen TV. On the lower level, there is an alcove with one single bed, shower room and separate WC. The studio would be ideal for teenage children or staff.
