Maison de la Plage is a superb modern house, located on the beach at La Croix Valmer and just a 20 minute drive from St Tropez. The property, not surprisingly, enjoys wonderful sea views and has direct access to the water`s edge through gates at the bottom of the large garden that surrounds the property, which is set in a much sought after private domaine. There is a large south and sea facing terrace which features some wonderfully comfortable outdoor furniture, which are ideal for alfresco dining or simply lazing in the sun.
The house is contemporary and comfortable in style and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout with light wooden flooring, and large French windows, which makes for very light and spacious interiors. The background colours are muted, but there are interesting splashes of bright colours throughout the house which makes for a welcoming atmosphere.

Main House
Built on two floors, the house has a large open-plan fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, all of which open onto the terrace and 5 good sized double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms which have showers, basins and WCs. There is also a guest WC.
Studio
There is an independent studio with a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a children`s or teenager`s dormitory on a lower level, that can sleep up to 4. This floor also has a laundry room. |
