Rue du Dragon is a narrow and charming medieval street, in a wonderful Left Bank location between the Boulevard St Germain and the Rue du Cherche Midi. Most of the buildings on the street itself date from the 17th and 18th centuries however, despite the street’s medieval heritage. The most illustrious inhabitant was probably Victor Hugo, who lived at number 30.

The apartment is a lovely rooftop flat with a view of the St. Sulpice church towers from one side and a view of the St. Germain des Prés church steeple from the kitchen window, along with views of the surrounding rooftops. It is perfectly suited for a couple looking for a quiet, charming Paris home in the most desirable area of the Left Bank.

The building is accessed by interphone, then a lift to the third floor. The apartment (50m2) is bright and airy with accommodation on two levels. The living area is on the lower level and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper level. The bedroom can be made up as two twin beds or a queen-size double. Amenities include flat screen cable TV, broadband internet with wi-fi (and ethernet connection) and hairdryer. There is no air conditioning, but the apartment is bright and airy with good ventilation.
