There are magnificent views from the apartment over the River Seine, the Ile St. Louis and to the Notre Dame Cathedral. A short walk across the bridge, the Pont de la Tournelle, will bring you to the Ile St. Louis where there are many cafés and restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, post office, a grocery store, and specialist food shops to choose from. In the other direction, along Boulevard Saint Germain, there is also a large and varied choice of shops and restaurants. Nearby highlights to visit on foot include the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Sainte Chapelle and the Marais.
The apartment is on the sixth floor of a period building with lift access. The interiors are both elegant and very stylish, yet at the same time warm and welcoming. Antique and comfortable contemporary furniture, and silver chandeliers are set against polished parquet wood floors and white walls. Large windows in the living room and one of the bedrooms take full advantage of the beautiful views over the Seine.
The spacious accommodation (1280 sq ft) can easily accommodate up to 7 people. There are two double bedrooms which can be made up as king-size or twin beds, as well as a separate sitting or sleeping area adjacent to one of the bedrooms, which has a single day bed. The living room has two enormous sofas, each of which is the same size as an extra-long American standard single bed. The apartment is equipped with TV and DVD. A minimum stay of five nights is allowed at this apartment.
