Situated in the ‘Marina di Fiori’ domaine, close to the centre of Porto-Vecchio, this is a superb, comfortable and beautifully decorated villa – you instantly feel relaxed when you enter. The fabrics and furnishings are sumptuous and tasteful. There are fantastic views over the bay of Porto-Vecchio, and just 100m away is a lovely sandy beach, which has a beach restaurant in summer.
The villa has a free-form overflow pool (9 x 4m), which has a corner seating area with massage jets, a exterior shower, and also an exterior kitchen and bar with two electric hobs and bar fridge. There are a couple of shaded garden areas near the pool, ideal for siestas. A large wooden decking surrounds the house from the kitchen and around in front of the two sitting rooms; it is spacious and ideal for entertaining. The second exterior summer kitchen is set to one side of the main kitchen on the first floor with built-in barbecue and pizza oven.
The interior covers 280 sq metres and designed on four levels, air-conditioned throughout. There are two sitting rooms either side of a glass fronted fireplace. One is the main living room furnished with soft, cream-coloured sofas close to the dining area, and the other is the TV area with large white corner sofas, a large plasma TV, DVD player, stereo and surround-sound speakers. The very well equipped kitchen is spacious, with stainless steel work surfaces, wood cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, oven and stove, and microwave. The laundry, situated off the kitchen, has a washing machine and dryer, another fridge, a separate large freezer, and a wine cooler fridge.
There is an electrical security gate at the entrance.
All guests will have access (and a parking space, should they wish to drive) to the private ‘Le Sporting’ club 500m around the corner. This club has tennis, a private pool (where they run aqua gym classes) and a good pizza-style restaurant. Mooring for a boat at the Marina di Fiori private port is available.

Master bedroom – a large room three steps up from the sitting room, with a queen-size bed; it has a small exterior balcony overlooking the pool, and views. Plasma TV, large dressing, safe. The gorgeous en-suite bathroom, finished in stone and wood, has a large Jacuzzi/massage-jets bath, separate shower and two basins, plus a separate WC.
Second bedroom – on same level as the master bedroom, has twin beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Third bedroom – on the same side as the others but up a staircase, is a truly spacious guest room with double bed, decorated with coral designs. En-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC, and an exterior, very private sun terrace.
Fourth bedroom – is situated in an independent apartment downstairs (has both internal and external staircases). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry. The sitting room area has glass doors out to the pool – this room has a sofa bed (small double-bed size), TV. The bedroom is off to one side of the apartment living room and currently has a double bed, but this could be exchanged for twins.
