This charming, traditional Basque villa is situated above the sea, just a short walk from the pretty village of Bidart, with its typical architecture, shops, restaurants and Saturday morning market. The long, sandy beach, ideal for both swimming and surfing, is just a few minutes’ walk down the coastal path. For those who enjoy walking, it is possible to take the cliff path to Biarritz with views of the ocean all the way, or for a longer walk, you can take the coastal path from Erretegia Beach, which passes the villa, and goes through all the seaside villages to Hendaye.
The house is surrounded by an attractive lawned garden, with flowers and trees. A covered terrace outside the house is furnished for dining outdoors or sitting and relaxing out of the sun.
The living room is comfortably furnished and an open fireplace for out of season rentals. Equipment includes a TV, CD Player, DVD Player and telephone. There is also high-speed internet access available. The master bedroom on the ground floor opens to the garden, and the two upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings and sea views.There is a parking space for two cars.
